I told you, don't call me that anymore. And it's not crazy.
That's him, by the way. Anyhow, he's got this idea that we're to call him Dan now. I told him that's silly, but he won't listen, of course.
It's not silly, it's my middle name. Jess is a girl's name.
No, it's your name. We've always called you Jess.
My name is Jesse Daniel. You've always called me Jess.
Okay, fine, then. It's your nickname. But seeing as I'm your best friend, I'll call you whatever I like, Sue.

DeleteA friend of mine does this with her characters, and those are some of my favorite posts. So I figured I'd give it a try. Seems she's done a much better job of it, though... I should have had AnnDrew explain at the beginning or something. I'll remember that for next time!

I am glad, however, that he's finally told me his middle name. I'd begun to believe he didn't have one. And I do like Jesse Daniel Parker as his full name.
Yes, my characters talk to me in real life. I guess I've got imaginary friends, after all... though, they don't always seem imaginary!
